About the Role
As a Mischmeister, you will be responsible for modern asphalt mixing plants, independently resolving disruptions, and ensuring smooth production processes with a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor modern asphalt mixing plants and associated technical equipment.
- Analyze disruptions and resolve faults in machinery and control systems.
- Perform maintenance, upkeep, and servicing of the plants.
- Replace wear parts and support technical repairs.
- Record and document operational data.
- Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to all occupational safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship (e.g., as an electrician, mechanic, locksmith, or welder) or comparable professional experience in operating or maintaining machinery and plants.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Proficient in using MS Office.
