About the Role

Keep CODE's campus safe, functional, clean, and inspiring for everyone, every day. As the hands-on operational presence on the ground, you run daily campus operations and facilities, ensure spaces are consistently ready for teaching and events, and help our single campus remain a welcoming home for the community and a strong reflection of CODE’s brand and values. A core part of this role: you genuinely love when things are in order—you regularly walk the campus to make sure spaces look spotless, storage is organized, and everything is neat, labeled, and easy to find.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day workplace experience across campus and the team office, ensuring spaces are welcoming, spotless, well-stocked, and ready to use.
  • Run daily walkthroughs to proactively spot and resolve issues related to cleanliness, presentation, supplies, layout, and safety.
  • Set clear shared-space standards for meeting room resets, kitchen etiquette, and storage rules, and ensure they are easy to follow.
  • Manage storage and inventory basics, ensuring storages are neat, categorized, labeled, and supplies are stocked and stored logically and safely.
  • Ensure teaching, meeting, and event spaces are ready for use, including setup/reset, signage, and necessary infrastructure.
  • Maintain lightweight documentation such as checklists, SOPs, and escalation paths, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of all campus facilities and building services in coordination with building management.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and facility improvements with vendors and service providers, including issue tracking and quality control.
  • Manage campus-related vendors and service providers, supporting alignment of contracts, improvements, and budgets with financial plans.
  • Plan and execute larger campus projects, such as renovations, reorganizations, and new setups.
  • Contribute to data-driven campus layout planning.
  • Reorganize and upgrade rooms and common areas to improve flow, capacity, and usability.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor health and safety regulations, audits, and emergency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility requirements through regular checks, documentation, and communication.
  • Coordinate and improve entry policies, visitor access, and logging with the reception team.
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound mail and parcels, including receiving, sorting, distribution, and preparing/sending post.
  • Collaborate with the Event Team to ensure all events have the necessary technical and logistical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate facilities readiness with clear, reliable turnaround for events.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (3-5+ years) in campus or office operations, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach, comfortable combining planning with daily operational tasks.
  • Experience coordinating and negotiating with vendors and external teams.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety standards, audits, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
