About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Third-Party Executive to join our London Operations team. This role supports the integration of third-party airline business into our operations, focusing on the rollout of Qatar Airways across major hubs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operational readiness, and service alignment for new airline partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and operational integration of third-party airline business at London Heathrow.
- Assist in the rollout of Qatar Airways operations across key hubs, ensuring alignment with service and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager and other stakeholders to track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the growth of third-party handling capabilities.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Tableau
- SQL skills and familiarity with cargo or logistics systems are a plus.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or operational support roles (cargo experience preferred)
- Exposure to project or programme environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with airline or airport operations is advantageous
