About the Role

As a Technical Specialist, you will leverage your expertise and research experience to lead customer problem-solving initiatives. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience (new graduates welcome).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) operation and molecular biology research.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency (reading and writing required for product manual comprehension, email correspondence, and business interactions).
  • Problem-solving skills with logical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to engage in two-way communication and proactive activities.
  • Understanding and execution of sales promotion activities.
