About the Role
Support the delivery of patient-focused clinical trials by bringing recruitment and retention strategies to life across global studies. Collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and specialist vendors to influence patient identification, engagement, and participation, ensuring compliant and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee trial-level recruitment and retention tactics across assigned studies.
- Collaborate with study teams to deliver compliant recruitment plans before FPFV.
- Coordinate with Clinical Trial Management on milestones and country allocations.
- Manage specialist vendors, tracking KPIs, compliance, and contractual delivery.
- Review and improve recruitment materials, content, and design elements.
- Monitor performance metrics and pivot strategies based on emerging data.
- Maintain tracking systems, checklists, and recruitment process documentation.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Bring 7 or more years of relevant experience in clinical trial recruitment, retention, or related clinical operations.
- Advanced degrees considered in lieu of years of experience.
- Experience across the clinical drug development lifecycle, including enrollment tracking and recruitment strategy execution, is required.
- Hands-on vendor management experience is required.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of ICH/GCP, EUCTR, and IVDR guidelines.
- Show technical proficiency with CTMS, TMF systems, AI-supported document tools, and core MS applications.
- This role may require up to 5-10% travel.
