About the Role

Be responsible for the maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for retail sale to enable profitable growth within the region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy, and stock maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for retail sale to enable profitable growth within region.
• Meet/exceed agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy, and stock maintenance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through superior business practices, focused customer service, and strong relationship building.
• Maintain accurate call cycle compliance with efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximizing allocated in-store hours.
• Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with varying levels of organization and customer base.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer/business relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Some regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarter.
• A reliable vehicle is required.
• Must reside in Australia and have full working rights.
