Responsibilities

• Understand business solution strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and their impact on technology imperatives.
• Define specific solution processes and business/functional requirements for opportunities.
• Collaborate with other architects to integrate proposed capabilities into the overall solution architecture.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with business imperatives.
• Manage integration requirements across different systems.
• Verify alignment of outcomes and detailed requirements with benefits realization phases.
• Develop agendas for workshops and working sessions.
• Guide the team through solution implementation from design to deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a BPM Pega Lead Architect with Pega project experience in a lead role.
• Provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Pega development.
• Fluent in Japanese and English for communication with business and IT stakeholders in Japan.
• Leads quality checking and improves overall testing.
• Prevents/catches errors and defects before QA, reducing defect rates.
• Prevents/eliminates production errors by considering the impact of bug fixes and enhancements on other application functionality.
• Possesses technical capability to lead the development of brand new workflows.
• Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) certified.
• Provides technical thought leadership in Pega design, knowledgeable with latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities in Pega, and offers best practice alternatives.
• Validates and challenges user stories, providing expertise for accurate user story pointing.
