About the Role

As an Integrated Planning Lead, you will help drive our goals by leading the integrated business planning framework, aligning strategic planning, S&OP, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will act as the Finance lead for S&OP and capital expenditure, ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational delivery. Partner with CAS to provide financial insight, challenge and support for strategic initiatives, coordinate finance input into executive materials, and ensure clear, consistent financial messaging for leadership and investor audiences. Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Procurement and Capital Projects to ensure robust planning, governance and performance tracking, and provide data-led insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, risk visibility and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the integrated business planning framework, aligning strategic planning, S&OP, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Acting as the Finance lead for S&OP and capital expenditure, ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational delivery
  • Partnering with CAS to provide financial insight, challenge and support for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinating finance input into executive materials and ensuring clear, consistent financial messaging for leadership and investor audiences
  • Driving cross-functional alignment across Finance, Procurement and Capital Projects to ensure robust planning, governance and performance tracking
  • Providing data-led insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, risk visibility and performance improvement

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Significant experience within a finance function in a large, complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, performance analysis and integrated business planning processes
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear insights
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term planning and detailed analysis
