Responsibilities
- Active part of an 11-person team in Tender Management, responsible for preparing tenders.
- Close collaboration with team colleagues to successfully achieve team goals.
- Support in the creation of concepts and specifications.
- Documentation in SharePoint.
- Coordination of customer communication on various tendering platforms.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on business, e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- IT affinity and good MS Office skills.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Resilient, flexible, and enjoy working with IT systems.
- German language proficiency (negotiable in spoken and written).
