Responsibilities
- Build Sonar's Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up, establishing the foundational infrastructure for partners to position, demonstrate, and deliver Sonar solutions at scale.
- Own the full lifecycle of partner learning, including curriculum design, content contribution, LMS operations, credentialing, and program reporting.
- Directly unblock partner-led pipeline motions by ensuring partners have the necessary skills and credentials to operate independently.
- Shape Sonar's future investments in partner enablement, with Y1 results forming the foundation for expanded programs.
- Design and manage end-to-end learning paths for partner personas across sales and technical accreditation programs.
- Collaborate with Developer Writers and Instructional Designers to develop and refine course content.
- Own the Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing courses, managing enrollments, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.
- Administer digital credentialing, managing badge configuration, issuance workflows, and integration with the partner portal.
- Define and maintain the assessment framework to validate partner competency.
- Build and deliver program reporting to track key metrics and demonstrate ROI.
- Coordinate with Channel & Ecosystem, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to align the program with business needs.
- Identify content gaps and continuously improve the program based on partner feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, customer education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build structured learning programs, including curriculum design, assessment development, and credentialing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing, managing, and reporting on course content.
- Comfortable operating across a broad scope, from curriculum strategy to LMS configuration to stakeholder reporting.
- Strong project management instincts, with the ability to set timelines, identify dependencies, and follow through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical SMEs and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital credentialing platforms (Credly or equivalent) is a plus.
- Exposure to software development, DevOps, or developer tooling is an advantage.
- Candidates need to be genuinely based in the location the role is posted; relocation support is available.
