About the Role
This role focuses on identifying and automating manual, repetitive tasks across various departments within the company using AI. The goal is to build and ship AI-powered solutions that directly save employees time and improve efficiency, reporting directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks across departments like Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales.
- Understand end-to-end processes by collaborating with department stakeholders.
- Build AI-powered solutions to take over repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrate the possibilities of AI to different teams.
- Earn trust and deliver automations that provide measurable time savings.
- Mentor a junior engineer in building and deploying automations.
- Document and standardize the process discovery, building, and handover of automations for scalability.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping automations to production, not just prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in Python (or similar), APIs, and data handling.
- Experience with AI coding and agent tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) as part of a natural workflow.
- Fluent in German and English.
