About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Architect solutions, you will lead client engagements, co-design data engineering solutions, manage stakeholders, and ensure impactful project delivery from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable data pipelines and architectures for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Design and implement data solutions using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Utilize distributed computing frameworks such as Spark and Kafka.
• Develop logical and physical data models for relational, NoSQL, time-series, and graph databases.
• Implement best practices for batch, streaming, and real-time data integration.
• Enable CI/CD and DataOps practices for reliable, automated data workflows.
• Develop internal data engineering offerings through training and publications.
• Represent the company at professional events and contribute to thought leadership.
• Drive business development by crafting proposals and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage client engagements as a trusted advisor to management.
• Supervise and mentor junior and medior consultants.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent academic research.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability.
• Must possess valid work authorization.
