About the Role
As a process-responsible interface, you will manage the entire bid lifecycle from strategy to submission, leading interdisciplinary teams and complex commercial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop bid strategies with clear win themes, create bid plans, and conduct market and competitor analyses.
- Lead the bid team, moderate review meetings, and manage risks until final approval by management.
- Create offer documents, ensure content consistency, and maintain the central bid library.
- Develop complex pricing models and create calculations considering legal compliance (GDPR, liability, SLAs).
- Be responsible for the timely submission of offers and increase the win rate through structured win/loss analyses and post-bid debriefings.
- Utilize modern AI tools with a human-in-the-loop approach, from automated document analysis to final compliance checks.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification with a focus on bid management.
- Several years of professional experience in key account or bid management with a focus on IT projects.
- Ideally, industry experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Energy, Insurance, or Public Sector.
- Initial experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams.
- Experience with a CRM system, ideally HubSpot.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Expertise in project and program management, ideally with agile environment experience.
- Willingness to travel up to one day per week.
- Fluent communication in both German and English.
