About the Role

You’ll be critical in driving new customer acquisitions by developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and business owners. You’ll play a critical role for ANZ, increasing funds under management by providing whole of business finance solutions to customers. This role offers career pathways within our commercial division and across ANZ, with inspiring leaders and tailored learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and leverage deep circle of influence and broker relationships
Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to drive strong sales momentum
Use data & insights to engage potential and existing customers and to identify opportunities
Make cold calls as part of your acquisition approach
Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems
Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences

Requirements

Business Development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
Experience with credit assessment and management
Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand and identify different needs
A passion for helping business owners thrive
Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
FSR Tier 2 certificate
