About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager within Adobe’s Global Site Operations (GSO) team, you will shape the future of Adobe’s workplace experience worldwide. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders, driving strategic global initiatives, and leading transformative vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple global programs across Site Operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Adobe’s business priorities.
• Oversee the GSO technology stack (finance, sustainability, asset management, service requests, CRM), providing thought leadership and governance to the IFM vendor.
• Drive innovation through automation, robotics, and AI pilots, scaling successful solutions across global operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Corporate Adobe’s Digital Experience team, Global Safety and Security team, Brand Purpose (Sustainability), and PSXD team, working with regional Site Operations leaders to implement programs globally.
• Drive Financial rigor across GSO by partnering with FP&A, Technical accounting, and Fixed assets, and coordinating with regional teams.
• Lead the process for Annual Planning, quarterly forecasts, analyzing variances, and taking corrective action in coordination with Sr Director, GSO and their directs.
• Take on additional global programs as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience (or equivalent degree + experience), ideally in Site Operations, Space Management, Facilities, or other workplace functions.
• Demonstrated achievement in coordinating extensive, worldwide initiatives with various collaborators and vendor partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and deliver proactive solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at influencing and building trust across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for driving innovation and operational excellence at scale.

• $133,400 -- $248,400 annually (U.S. pay range)
• $171,600 - $248,400 annually (California)
• $171,600 - $248,400 annually (New York)
• $153,200 - $221,900 annually (Washington)
