About the Role

Our products like SonarQube and SonarSweep are essential for independent, explainable review and governance of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

  • Create courses, labs, and learning content to maximize customer and partner value from SonarQube.
  • Build Sonar's Partner Accreditation Program from scratch, developing sales and technical content.
  • Bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and users.
  • Contribute to a growing education function central to Sonar's commercial strategy.
  • Research, write, and maintain high-quality course content on SonarQube installation, configuration, Agentic software development, CI/CD integration, and migration.
  • Develop content across formats including written modules, video scripts, lab exercises, knowledge checks, and assessments.
  • Adapt existing customer-facing content for partner audiences (AEs, BDMs, SEs, implementation engineers).
  • Publish and maintain courses in the LMS, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs, Product, and Customer Success for technical accuracy and real-world workflow reflection.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content development, improve consistency, and scale output.
  • Identify learning catalog gaps and proactively propose content based on customer feedback, support trends, and product releases.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience creating technical content for developer or technical practitioner audiences.
  • Working understanding of software development practices (CI/CD pipelines, code quality, DevOps, cloud vs. self-hosted).
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, accessible content.
  • Experience working across content formats, including written and video.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning course publishing/maintenance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SonarQube (any edition) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with static analysis, SAST, or code security concepts is a plus.
  • Experience writing for both customer and partner/channel audiences is desirable but not required.
