About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager – Insights, AdTech, you will own the vision and execution of advertiser insights. Your mission is to help advertisers clearly understand the value of advertising by acquiring, retaining, and growing their customer base — and to empower them with actionable tools to maximize that value. You will work at the intersection of data, machine learning, and user experience, building insights-driven products that fuel advertiser satisfaction, budget growth, and long-term business impact.
Responsibilities
- Evolve Campaign Measurement: Build frameworks that go beyond clicks and conversions to measure the true value of advertising — including awareness, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex datasets into proactive, contextual insights across the advertiser journey: campaign setup, in-flight optimization, and long-term strategy.
- Close Visibility & Adoption Gaps: Integrate insights directly into advertiser dashboards with real-time impact statements and contextual nudges.
- Build a Customer Lifecycle View: Provide clarity on customer mix and position advertising as a lever for strategic acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to launch insights-driven products that maximize advertiser adoption, efficiency, and ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech, e-commerce, or data-driven industries, with a proven track record of delivering impactful measurement or insights products.
- 5+ years experience with campaign measurement and attribution (MTA, LTV, Media Mix Models, lift studies, brand impact analysis), optimization, or advertiser insights frameworks, ideally within an advertising or marketing technology environment.
- Ability to partner with engineering and data science teams to build products leveraging data and ML.
- Analytical with strong commercial acumen.
- Comfortable with SQL and querying large datasets; capable of translating complex analysis into simple, actionable product experiences.
