About the Role

Shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development, and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations. Lead multiple, interdependent projects from early scoping and feasibility through to delivery, evaluation, and benefits realization. Shape project strategy, manage scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement, while building capability across large scale property development, precinct renewal, and infrastructure delivery. Lead and coordinate high quality project outcomes in a fast-paced, highly commercial, and politically sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, interdependent projects from early scoping and feasibility through to delivery, evaluation, and benefits realization.
  • Shape project strategy, manage scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build capability across large scale property development, precinct renewal, and infrastructure delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate high quality project outcomes in a fast-paced, highly commercial, and politically sensitive environment.
  • Balance competing priorities, legislative requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong project management capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder leadership.
  • Experience across property development, infrastructure, construction, government, or large scale program environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex property projects to time, cost, quality, and scope.
  • Skilled at managing risk and driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Recognized as a trusted project leader.
  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experienced in managing interdependencies and translating strategy into delivery.
  • Experienced in leading multiple projects with competing demands.
  • Maintained governance, accountability, and a strong customer focus.
