About the Role

DXC Luxoft is seeking a senior Japanese Solution Lead to join the DXC Japan team, focusing on the technology aspects of business development and project execution with automotive customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with DXC Luxoft Sales and Account Management team (SAM) to facilitate technology aspects of relationships with Japanese Automotive accounts.
• Support SAM and Delivery teams in understanding customer technology and staying updated on DXC Luxoft offerings.
• Understand customer business needs and identify overlaps with DXC Luxoft services in areas like Software Factory, In-Vehicle Infotainment, Autonomous Drive, and Connected Mobility.
• Manage customer technology expectations for specific opportunities.
• Lead and actively participate in proposal creation.
• Understand market technology trends and contribute to Luxoft's global solution strategy.
• Provide suggestions to Global Solutions organization on offering adjustments based on trends and customer needs.
• Identify partnership opportunities with market companies for mutual benefit.
• Support the SAM team in developing and updating business and account development plans.
• Ensure proposal development and opportunity-related activities align with DXC Luxoft's sales process.

Requirements

• Strong background in Automotive domains such as Autonomous Drive, Connected Car, and In-Vehicle Infotainment.
• Good understanding of software solutions and standards for vehicle electronics systems.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural international environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Automotive Solutions, Sales, or Technical PreSales for Automotive OEMs and TIER1s.
• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies including SWF (Software Factory), IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment with focus on Digital Cockpit), ADAS, Autonomous Drive (AD), and Connected Mobility (CM).
• Good understanding of the Automotive industry ecosystem.
