About the Role
Support individuals to prepare for and secure employment that could change their life by identifying their employment match within the Workforce Australia Program.
Responsibilities
- Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
- Help participants identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and approach new employment with confidence.
- Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support.
- Act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate every successful placement and milestone with participants.
- Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
