About the Role

This role will lead the development and delivery of high-quality Revit models and documentation for major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on bridge and structural design. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently, managing their workload and delivering to project timeframes, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to both local and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of high-quality Revit models and documentation for major infrastructure projects.
Support the coordination, integration, and federation of models to ensure consistent and coordinated project outcomes.
Maintain modelling standards, improve workflows, and ensure consistency across project deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to local and offshore delivery teams.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure developments
Strong Revit capability (structures focus) with supporting AutoCAD drafting experience
Demonstrated experience in bridges and/or civil structures projects
Ability to work independently and lead / mentor local and offshore teams
Proven ability to manage workload and deliver to project timeframes
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including model integration and federation
Strong understanding of project setup, model governance, and DE workflows
