About the Role
Based at our Scape Darling House site, you will report to the Head Chef and work within the Scape Eats Team, delivering high-quality service and food to student residents. You will play a key role in keeping the Eatery organised and clean by carrying out general cleaning, washing and storage of crockery and cutlery, maintaining organisation and operation of commercial dish machine and assisting kitchen operations where necessary with basic food preparation.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
- Experience operating commercial electric equipment / dish machine
- Prior experience of specific cleaning methods as they apply to different metals and surfaces
- Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to follow instruction
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
- Willingness to undertake a Working with Children check
