About the Role
The Online Retail Operations Coordinator supports the efficiency of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the VCA e-boutique provides excellent service and client experience. This role involves monitoring and managing web and phone orders, handling sales, shipments, returns, exchanges, delivery issues, and client requests through collaboration with key Online Retail stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all web and phone orders, including sales and shipment, returns & exchanges, delivery issues, special client requests & complaints.
- Arrange stock transfer from e-boutique to boutique and vice versa.
- Raise requests to the supply chain team in case of stock shortage.
- Act as SAP key user: reporting issues and performing testing for releases.
- Support the implementation of new IT tools, processes, and projects.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge/experience of e-com logistics, order management, and e-com systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Structured problem-solving skills that are client & service oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Native Japanese and intermediate reading/writing English skills.
