About the Role

Roland Berger is holding an online seminar for current international university students. This seminar will explain our consulting approach and culture, and feature insights from current consultants. It's an opportunity to consider a career in strategy consulting or explore your personal career path.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university/graduate school overseas (exchange students are also welcome).
  • For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N-1 level Japanese proficiency (reading and writing) is required.
  • Must not have prior full-time employment experience.
  • Must have graduated from or be in the final year of a 4-year university/graduate school (any major).
  • Must be in the final year of an overseas MBA program or equivalent overseas graduate program (Master's or Doctoral).
  • Must possess business-level English proficiency.
  • For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N-1 level Japanese proficiency (reading and writing) is required.
  • Must have at least 2 years of practical experience as a top management consultant or strategy consultant.
  • Must have at least 3 years of practical experience in a business company or government agency (experience with project-based work, global environments, or international business is a plus).
