About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. A nationally significant infrastructure project within the ports and maritime sector located in Immingham is currently in the early stage of delivery with completion expected early 2028.
Responsibilities
- Support projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.
- Conduct research, analysis, record-keeping, and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information for project management operations.
- Develop direct and/or indirect management of external parties (consultants and contractors), coordinating others to achieve project KPIs.
- Manage project reporting from a cost, operational, scheduling, and risk perspective.
Requirements
- Project delivery and reporting experience.
- Construction related qualification.
- Right to work.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in project management.
- Developing knowledge of commercial and financial considerations.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects.
