About the Role
Collate is creating a new AI category for document generation in life sciences, aiming to accelerate the delivery of life-saving innovations. This role involves defining and building the product roadmap for this emerging category, with significant ownership and direct collaboration with the CEO. It's an opportunity to shape an early-stage company into a category leader.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI product strategy for Collate's capabilities for organizations operating under regulatory pressure.
- Run point on technical requirements and translate them into an engineering roadmap.
- Work directly with regulatory and clinical teams at customer organizations to understand workflows and compliance requirements.
- Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship product features.
- Define and utilize metrics for enterprise adoption, retention, and expansion to drive prioritization.
- Act as the liaison between Go-to-Market, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the roadmap aligns with business needs.
- Represent the customer's voice in cross-functional discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping software.
- A builder's instinct and a preference for working closely with engineering.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity; ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments.
- Comfort working directly with founders and designers on 0-to-1 problems.
- Clear and direct communication style.
- Experience in life sciences, healthtech, or another regulated industry is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory, clinical, or pharma workflows is a strong plus.
