About the Role
Insignia Financial is seeking a Citrix Engineer to manage and enhance their enterprise Citrix platform. This role involves a blend of operational support and project work, focusing on secure application delivery and modern workplace technology within a large-scale environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Support core technologies including StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS), and NetScaler Gateways
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Improve platform performance
- Support application deployments
- Contribute to initiatives that modernize the technology environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in Citrix operational support or similar infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Server, and Group Policy Management
- Exposure to virtualized environments and infrastructure support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset
- Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
- Ability to pass police and credit checks
