About the Role
Broadridge is seeking results-driven sales professionals with consultative sales experience to join our Emerging Segment. This role has direct quota responsibility and contributes to Broadridge’s growth objectives and annual sales plan attainment. You will be part of a highly collaborative team delivering solutions and building the Broadridge brand across financial services.
Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed sales goals in selling software to banks, broker/dealers, asset managers, hedge funds and/or private credit firms.
- Build and execute account-based sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure.
- Lead the sales process from origination through closing, including qualification, executive presentations, business case/ROI development, proposal, and contract negotiations.
- Track, update, manage, and accurately forecast net new sales in CRM.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline at least three times the assigned quota to ensure quarterly and annual sales attainment.
- Validate product and solution fit with prospect's business strategy and needs, engaging internal resources to position Broadridge services and advance sales cycle.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the full Broadridge product and solutions suite and competitive offerings.
- Understand prospect's technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement to align selling/buying process, identify and develop relationships with stakeholders, and manage multiple constituents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
- 1-2 years of post-college work experience, ideally with quota responsibility and proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain key strategic relationships within prospective accounts.
- Ability to work within a collaborative sales environment to achieve results.
- Working financial services industry knowledge.
- Excellent project management, relationship management, communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time and territory management skills.
