About the Role

As a member of the Japan Debt Syndicate / Debt Capital Markets team, you will play a key role in the origination, structuring, syndication, pricing, and execution of a broad range of debt capital markets transactions. These include domestic bond offerings, Samurai bonds and other offshore JPY bond issuances, as well as international debt offerings across global capital markets. Working closely with corporate, financial institution, sovereign, and supranational issuers, investors, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful execution of high-profile financing transactions while helping clients achieve their strategic funding objectives. This role offers significant exposure to a diverse range of global clients and transactions across both Japanese and international capital markets, while providing the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across regional and global platform teams.
