About the Role

This role is for an experienced product marketer to be an integral member of the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) team as a Senior Product Specialist, based in Sydney. The ICT business combines Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation businesses to enhance the interventional cardiology service line, maximize patient impact, enhance customer centricity, and lead cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

  • Leads product management activities for a Cardiology and renal denervation portfolio, including development of short- and long-term business plans, portfolio priorities, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Works directly with Interventional Cardiologists to support marketing initiatives, build rapport and drive commercial growth.
  • Drives forecasting and demand planning activities by analysing market trends, customer demand, sales performance, and supply considerations to support product availability and business growth.
  • Drives execution of an omni-channel marketing approach for core coronary products as well as Renal Denervation therapies.
  • Uses advanced Excel skills to transform data into meaningful insights, conduct gap and opportunity analysis, and drive informed business decisions that improve product and portfolio performance.
  • Creates stakeholder mapping across the ICT customer base.
  • Conducts competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to understand buyer behaviour, clinical and professional audience needs, and evolving market opportunities.
  • Partners and develops rapport cross-functionally to ensure core business needs are met.
  • Strengthens customer engagement by translating market and customer feedback into actionable product plans, value propositions, and portfolio decisions.
  • Supports training and education initiatives by ensuring internal teams and external customers have the product knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive adoption and effective product use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experience, or Advanced degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Strong relevant experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-centric with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support marketing activities and customer engagements.
