Responsibilities

Propose, educate, and support products from Baxter's Advanced Surgery business unit to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff in the surgical field.
Propose and negotiate with hospitals and distributors (direct sales + distributor channels).
Support appropriate use based on surgical cases (advise on product selection and usage).
Gather information based on surgical trends and needs and provide feedback.
Manage relationships with distributors and execute sales promotion plans.

Requirements

Energetic, passionate, and mentally strong individual.
Experience in medical device sales is preferred.
