About the Role

This role involves executing, coordinating, and supporting commissioning and construction activities for Silent-Aire products, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day CCX services including inspections, installations, repairs, start-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting of Silent-Aire equipment.
  • Work closely with client project teams from installation through commissioning and handover.
  • Collaborate with SAE Engineering and QA/QC teams to understand design requirements and provide feedback on improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering prompt technical support and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise across the product and service portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, milestones, and impacts to quality, cost, or schedule.
  • Support regional growth initiatives and contribute to developing the technical and customer infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with APAC technicians and management to improve regional performance and profitability.
  • Complete daily reporting and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Collect, analyse, and summarise operational data and trends.
  • Protect company information and comply with all business, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Perform additional duties or hands-on tasks as required.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Trade school education/certification (an asset).
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a technician—ideally within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting (advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, and dependability.
  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Commitment to safety initiatives and quality standards.
  • Above‑average troubleshooting skills; self‑motivated and responsible.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively support cross-functional teams.
  • Must meet site access requirements and pass all pre-employment checks (drug/alcohol testing, medical, background, references, driving record).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
