About the Role
Roland Berger is exhibiting at the 2026 Boston Career Forum. We will be holding casual chats with consultants at the venue during the Boston Career Forum. This is an opportunity to speak directly with current consultants and understand the consulting business, Roland Berger's culture, and the aspirations of our employees. We welcome students considering a career in strategy consulting after graduation, as well as those who wish to use this as a reference for their future career development through interaction with our employees.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 casual chats with current consultants at the BCF venue.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year university or graduate school overseas.
- Expected graduation on or after October 2028.
- For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N-1 level proficiency in reading and writing Japanese is required.
- Must not have full-time work experience as a regular employee.
- Exchange students currently enrolled in domestic 4-year universities/graduate schools should check domestic new graduate recruitment information.
