About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Moore Park Outlet. This is a casual role where the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times is essential. You will provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions, sell premium products by highlighting features and benefits, ensure stock is merchandised to a high standard, process and replenish stock, and achieve sales and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration

Requirements

Ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays and sale periods) is essential
