About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for Unity's most significant commercial agreements, driving long-term strategic value through complex deal negotiation, partner relationship management, and ensuring partnership activities align with Unity's product roadmap and financial goals. This role involves a Unity-first approach, collaborating across departments to advance agreements and maintain partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial execution for major technology partnerships (AI, platform, cloud, and hardware).
- Draft, redline, and drive to signature complex commercial agreements.
- Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner with senior partner counterparts.
- Organize and lead strategic business reviews.
- Track open commercial items.
- Identify partnership expansion opportunities.
- Identify, research, and validate new business initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate operational partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Biz Ops.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record closing complex commercial agreements in a technology company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with operational team members and synthesize information for C-suite executives.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong data and commercial acumen.
- Experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPIs.
- Comfort operating amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different partners and deal stages simultaneously.
- Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges.

Salary/Compensations
- $199,300.00 - $298,900.00
- This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
