About the Role

Unity is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the delivery of programs aligned with the strategic roadmap. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute a clear roadmap.
• Balance feature development goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements.
• Utilize effective communication, tools, and program management strategies to keep teams on track.
• Ensure internal and external partners receive necessary information.
• Iterate on existing processes and methodologies or develop new solutions to enhance velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change.
• Handle conflicts adeptly.
• Design and deliver training programs to support teams in adopting new processes and tools.

Requirements

• Software project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams.
• Track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships.
• Demonstrated success working with globally dispersed teams across time zones.
• Experience managing process and organizational change.
• Focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications for various audiences and stakeholders.
• Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges.
