About the Role

The Media Manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in media planning and campaign management, delivering exceptional results across various media channels. Working with a talented, diverse and multi-disciplinary team, they will be a key player in the Indo-Pacific media and data team that will be working on content dissemination on a global level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including setup, reporting, and optimisation
  • Utilise media planning and buying tools effectively
  • Integrate digital and offline media for a cohesive media plan
  • Contribute to agency media strategies and operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive campaign execution
  • Manage internal team and publisher relationships effectively
  • Develop and implement media strategies using both paid and organic media
  • Optimise campaigns based on insights from media data and performance metrics
  • Stay updated with industry trends for strategic planning
  • Analyse media data to drive performance and achieve business goals and KPI targets
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
  • Ensure media strategies contribute to client business objectives

Requirements

  • Data-driven strategist capable of analysing market data and media consumption trends across traditional and digital channels to shape audience-specific media strategies
  • Hands-on campaign manager comfortable running day-to-day campaigns across platforms like Google Campaign Manager, DV360 and Meta Ads Manager, with a sharp focus on optimising toward KPIs and maximising ROI
  • Skilled in building strong partnerships, from briefing and negotiating with publishers and data partners to managing external relationships
  • Naturally curious and test-driven, enjoys collaborating with the team to design and run A/B tests across ad variations and landing pages
  • Fluent in data and performance metrics, able to translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Skilled in analytics and reporting, experienced with data management and reporting tool stacks such as PowerBI, Supermetrics and Tableau
  • Keen eye for detail, with precision and accuracy in campaign setup and reporting
