About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, transforming Simple’s voice AI platform into production-ready agents tailored for each business. This is a highly technical and customer-facing role spanning pre-sales and post-sales activities, including building custom demos, understanding customer workflows, deploying agents, debugging edge cases, improving performance, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements. You will be responsible for understanding unique customer call flows, systems, products, policies, and edge cases to ensure reliable agent performance in real-world scenarios. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coding, customer interaction, rapid development, and direct business impact.

Requirements

0-2 years of relevant work experience
