About the Role
The Enterprise Generative AI Architect serves as the ultimate technical authority for autonomous and agentic intelligence across the organization. This strategic leader defines reference architectures, assesses organizational readiness for Agentic AI, and builds secure, highly observable multi-agent ecosystems that bridge corporate data with advanced cognitive computing.
Responsibilities
- Architect large-scale multi-agent environments, defining patterns for agent orchestration, task delegation, context management, and cross-agent communication.
- Standardize frameworks for multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, short/long-term memory state management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Evaluate complex client environments for Agentic AI readiness, identify structural gaps, and synthesize pragmatic business transformation roadmaps.
- Engineer enterprise-grade cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP featuring deep observability, automated evaluation pipelines, robust monitoring, and cloud cost governance.
- Architect foundational Responsible AI frameworks for agentic systems, delineating decision boundaries, accountability chains, bias mitigation protocols, and data provenance tracking.
- Design the enterprise integration fabrics—utilizing REST/APIs, event-driven architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and bespoke connectors—to link autonomous agents to core business systems.
- Design distributed vector architectures, embedding pipelines, advanced indexing strategies, and RAG policies to grant autonomous agents access to enterprise knowledge bases at scale.
- Set global architectural standards, coordinate initiatives across DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders, and mentor senior engineering talent.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini, GPT, Claude, and open-source models.
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and enterprise search architectures.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI solution patterns, including conversational AI, knowledge management, document intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows.
- Experience integrating GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, API integration, microservices, containerisation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform will be well regarded.
