About the Role

Lead the Roadside portfolio of initiatives, ensuring programs are prioritized, coordinated, and successfully delivered into frontline operations. This role combines people leadership with hands-on program delivery to drive operational readiness, manage change impacts, and bring complex initiatives to life, influencing strategic outcomes and shaping the future of Roadside services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and support.
  • Manage the Roadside portfolio, including prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery visibility.
  • Lead large, business-critical programs from solution design through implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.
  • Drive operational readiness, testing, and implementation activities for successful adoption.
  • Manage risks, governance, and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program, portfolio, or delivery management within a complex operational environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and delivering results.
  • Expertise managing multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong governance, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities.
  • Experience leading operational readiness, implementation, or business change initiatives.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to bring people together.
