About the Role

Join NRMA Driver Training as a Training and Delivery Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of Corporate Driver Training, Drive School, and Safer Drivers Course programs. This fast-paced role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and program administration, providing customer support, and leveraging digital tools for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and allocate instructor and trainer resources across driver training programs, aligning schedules with demand, availability, and program priorities.
  • Manage program logistics, including venues, equipment, training materials, rostering, system setup, and delivery readiness.
  • Support end-to-end program administration including quotes, bookings, invoicing, purchase orders, payments, and accurate record keeping.
  • Provide professional customer support across Drive School and Corporate Driver Training bookings, changes, cancellations, and enquiries.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, resolving complaints and service matters in line with NRMA standards.
  • Maintain accurate data across systems to support compliance, reporting, invoicing, and operational planning.
  • Support Safer Drivers Course coordination and reporting requirements, including Transport for NSW requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools across training delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or service delivery coordination.
  • Strong organisation and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Great attention to detail and confidence working with data, records, and business systems.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in using digital tools or AI to make work easier and more efficient.
  • Experience in training, an RTO, LMS, compliance, or financial administration would be a bonus.
