About the Role
We are a fast-paced, high-energy Japanese/Chinese all-you-can-eat restaurant dedicated to delivering fresh, flavorful dishes in a dynamic dining environment. As a Sushi Bar Helper, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards, working closely with our kitchen team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes including sushi, grilled items, noodles, stir-fries, and appetizers
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented neatly
- Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
