About the Role

As a Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategy and execution for a portfolio of products dedicated to accelerating the Flexer supply journey. You will oversee the Supply service group, owning the jobseeker experience within the Indeed Flex ecosystem to drive compounding, measurable improvements in user acquisition, activation, and retention of Flexers. This scope is specifically focused on Indeed Flex’s worker supply. You will operate as a true Player/Coach, managing approximately 4 PMs and UX Designers while remaining deeply involved, setting a clear product growth vision, guiding long-term strategy, and directly executing IC-level growth work. You will foster a culture of ownership and deliver meaningful outcomes for Flexers and the business. You will work closely with partners across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and business teams to identify opportunities, optimize our acquisition strategy, translate insights into product direction, and bring new ideas to market. Your leadership will help ensure teams move quickly, advocating for a high-velocity experimentation culture, make informed decisions using data and research, and deliver products that improve how people find jobs and connect with opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and long-term strategy for a portfolio of consumer growth products, establishing a comprehensive product growth roadmap.
  • Oversee, mentor, and grow a team of product managers within the Supply service group while fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
  • Build and prioritize product roadmaps using data, user research, and business goals to optimize user journeys and scale global user acquisition funnels.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality products, features, and cross-channel growth initiatives (including SEM and paid acquisition channels) at scale.
  • Establish success metrics and use data and continuous experimentation (including rigorous A/B testing) to guide product decisions and measure impact on top-line growth KPIs.
  • Build alignment across teams and leaders to support product strategy, growth vision, and execution, presenting results and strategy clearly to executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience.
  • Comfortable using AI to prototype, test, automate, and make product decisions in days, not weeks or months.
  • Scrappy and results-driven: willing to use practical/hacky solutions to drive results quickly; very comfortable adopting and scaling on top of a platform built by another team rather than needing to own the platform build.
  • Deep experience in consumer growth, marketplace dynamics, user acquisition, or lifecycle engagement (such as SEM, ad spend management, referral mechanics, or viral loops).
  • Deep analytical mindset with a proven background using self-service analytics tooling and languages (e.g., SQL and/or Python) to drive decisions.
