About the Role

The Data & Revenue Operations team supports Go-To-Market functions and Finance by providing data, insights, and technical solutions to optimize revenue-generating processes, centered around Salesforce. This player-coach role involves owning the Salesforce environment and its integrations, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and managing stakeholders. There is potential to lead a junior team member as the function grows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains the reliable system of record for commercial activity.
  • Manage data quality, governance, and hygiene across the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Own the integration strategy connecting Salesforce to the wider commercial tech stack.
  • Document and maintain data flows, integration logic, and system interdependencies.
  • Lead procurement and rollout of new tooling, including vendor evaluation, integration planning, and change management.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between commercial teams and technical execution.
  • Manage upwards effectively, communicating progress, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and operating processes across the tech stack.
  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all systems, integrations, and processes.
  • Identify and address process gaps that affect data quality, reporting accuracy, or team efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of commercial tools across GTM teams through structured onboarding, training materials, and ongoing support.
  • Champion a culture of system hygiene and process adherence.
  • Support end users in getting maximum value from the tools available to them.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a RevOps, Salesforce Admin, or CRM systems management role.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud is essential; Service Cloud experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and managing data flows.
  • Practical experience with at least two of the following platforms: Gong/Gong Engage, HubSpot, 6sense, Pendo, Planhat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable working with data — identifying quality issues, designing governance frameworks, and building or contributing to reporting.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, deliverable technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in understanding the commercial context behind requests.
  • Curious and proactive — stay ahead of tooling developments and bring ideas to the table.
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Structured and process-oriented.
  • Driven by outcomes, not just activity.
