About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time role supporting the Global Managing Director, Board Development. It offers hands-on executive and administrative support, providing real exposure to an international technology and advisory business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diary and scheduling, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Global Managing Director
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and briefing notes ahead of meetings
  • Organise travel and logistics as required
  • Support the coordination of board development programme activities, including scheduling sessions and managing participant communications
  • Assist with onboarding of new participants and ensure they have what they need
  • Help maintain shared resources, trackers, and communication channels
  • Assist with post-session follow up, including circulating materials and actions
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support across projects as priorities shift
  • Work closely with a small global team, including colleagues in different time zones
  • Take initiative to improve processes and flag issues early

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree programme, in any discipline
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
  • Reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
