About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own the full B2C customer journey, from initial awareness to active membership. This role is for someone passionate about both creative campaign concepts and conversion rates. You will build brand experiences that capture attention and own the channels and metrics that drive action, engaging hundreds of thousands of public sector workers.
Responsibilities
- Own the B2C journey end-to-end, including all touchpoints, channels, and results.
- Develop brand-building campaigns with strong creative ideas, based on customer insights and executed across the marketing mix.
- Ensure all outgoing content resonates with the target audience and elevates brand presentation.
- Own and manage email marketing campaigns, including planning, writing, and building, to drive conversions.
- Utilize a test-and-learn approach to develop new marketing channels and find creative ways to reach and engage members.
- Become the expert on company products and audience, reporting on resonance and insights to the business.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrable experience of owning and executing campaigns from end-to-end.
- Ability to find satisfaction in both campaign ideation and CRM sequence building.
- Outstanding writing skills for crafting compelling short and long-form messaging.
- Strong design eye and good instinct for quality messaging and customer experience.
- Comfortable across the full marketing mix, including copy, creative, CRM, data, and channel experimentation.
- Enjoyment in creating from scratch and being energized by a blank slate.
- Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and proactively solving problems.
- Ability to self-direct, manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently.
- Natural influencer skilled in cross-departmental collaboration without direct authority.
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed, flag issues early, and improve team performance.
- Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret data, explain results, and employ a test-and-learn mindset.
- Proficiency in using AI to enhance thinking and automate tasks.
- Background in fintech or financial services is a plus.
