About the Role

The Burger's Priest is looking for a Supervisor to join their team at the Adelaide location. They offer a positive and casual work environment where employees can be themselves, focusing on serious burgers and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide "ABSOLUTE" service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly.
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team.
• Open and close the restaurant independently as a key holder.
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment.
