About the Role
You will play an important role in a dynamic and passionate team, collaborating on a variety of projects in the environment, renewable energies, hydroelectricity, transportation, materials, buildings, and climate change markets. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date client account records and review accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Notify debtors of overdue payments and accounts via telephone, mail, and email, with timely follow-up for non-responses.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing detailed account reconciliations and statements as required.
- Trace and locate debtors to establish payment arrangements.
- Recommend further action or service discontinuation for non-payment, liaising with Project Managers when necessary.
- Prepare reports related to collection activities.
- Attend Operations collections meetings.
- Provide billing and administrative support.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, or account balances.
- Prepare and update customer account files and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, files, and general finance-related tasks.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Enjoy problem-solving and negotiating solutions.
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear objectives and performance targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
