As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing leading pricing models and supporting our growth. You’ll become a valued member of our high-performing Commercial Pricing team, working to advance our industry-leading pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with underwriters to define, analyse, and implement strategies that enhance and grow our portfolios.
- Support the creation and maintenance of sophisticated pricing models, deliver insightful analyses, and help drive business decisions.
- Deliver bespoke actuarial technical pricing and performance analysis across P&C, Motor, Energy, and Specialties lines, helping to set robust, competitive prices for unique and exciting offerings.
- Constantly challenge yourself by exploring new technologies and apply them in your work environment.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment where your growth matters.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues in underwriting, reserving, finance, and claims, sharing insights and promoting a data-driven culture.
- Support the technical and professional development of junior team members and potentially move into line management in the future.
- Seek new ways to enhance our processes and drive efficiencies for our team and our underwriters.
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Ideally have some experience in General Insurance
- Clear and effective communicator, able to explain complex ideas to a wide audience
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
