As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing leading pricing models and supporting our growth. You’ll become a valued member of our high-performing Commercial Pricing team, working to advance our industry-leading pricing models.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with underwriters to define, analyse, and implement strategies that enhance and grow our portfolios.
Support the creation and maintenance of sophisticated pricing models, deliver insightful analyses, and help drive business decisions.
Deliver bespoke actuarial technical pricing and performance analysis across P&C, Motor, Energy, and Specialties lines, helping to set robust, competitive prices for unique and exciting offerings.
Constantly challenge yourself by exploring new technologies and apply them in your work environment.
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment where your growth matters.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues in underwriting, reserving, finance, and claims, sharing insights and promoting a data-driven culture.
Support the technical and professional development of junior team members and potentially move into line management in the future.
Seek new ways to enhance our processes and drive efficiencies for our team and our underwriters.

Requirements

Degree qualified
Ideally have some experience in General Insurance
Clear and effective communicator, able to explain complex ideas to a wide audience
A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
