About the Role
The Account Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for successful management and production of our programs. This role supports the planning, development, activation, and wrap-up stages of client programs and internal initiatives, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials, documents, meeting agendas, and communications for clients and internal teams.
- Support tracking of deliverables across Account and cross-functional teams, updating key documents.
- Participate in status meetings, capturing notes and action items.
- Ensure assigned program responsibilities are completed and implemented during pre-production.
- Manage onsite program execution.
- Participate in program tear down meetings, recap decks, and KPI measurement reporting.
- Join or lead internal agency initiatives and task forces.
- Assist with offsite planning for department and agency needs.
Requirements
- BA/BS in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and/or events, including on-site event experience.
- Experiential marketing agency experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and internal teams at various organizational levels.
- Ability to connect authentically, honoring diverse perspectives.
- Ability to build trust and respect through communication and listening.
- Creative thinking with a willingness to innovate.
- Experience with brand management, ensuring brand integrity.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (at least 2 days in office).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
